It's a shame to see America strugle with the war on Terrorism. I think rather, let's insert GPS tracking units into terrorists and let the terrorists lead us back to their thought and creative centers. I know we have the technology and maybe that's what the government is doing already, if so I applaud them. The GPS units can be inserted under the skin and can be designed to disolve in a matter of weeks or months.
Let the terrorists help us kill them.
